At JOLYN, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your swimwear; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like an even exchange for a different size, a store credit for future use, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items with original tags attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be finalized and confirmed via email.
